RA will be responsible for the following Soft Condensed Matter project. Large scale synthesis, characterization, fluorescent labeling of different types of colloidal particles. Polymerization, characterization, and fluorescent labeling of biopolymer networks. Designing electronic circuits and interfacing.Setting up in-situ imaging with shear rheometry under an externally applied vibration in the Soft and Adaptive Materials (SAM) Lab at RRI.

Remuneration: A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 31,000/- plus HRA per month will be paid to the selected candidates.
Essential Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech or B.E./B.Tech in any field with some exposure to soft condensed matter research.
Desirable: Experimental work experience in a lab in exploring biopolymers, surfactant and colloidal systems. Experience in synthesis of large-scale colloidal particles. Familiarity with bright field, fluorescence and confocal microscopy, working experience of designing small electronic circuits proficiency with programming languages (like Matlab, Python etc.)
